Customer Form

1. All cats are taken at their owner risk
2. In case of illness or accident the cattery is authorised to call a vet and veterinary fees will be for the owner account
3. All fees due must be paid before the removal of the cat
4. Consent for two cats from the same household to share, unless otherwise stated, and consent to separate them if needed
5. Consent to allow your cats to have toys in their unit
6. Consent to publish photos of guests on our website/social media
